We are pleased to introduce you to Sorkin Brown Chartered Surveyors, a new asset management company operating nationwide.

Created by two former colleagues, Zack Sorkin and Jacob Brown, Sorkin Brown aims to offer clients excellent service and the benefit of the latest technology. We have partnered with the best suppliers available to ensure this.

Zack comes straight from a role in property and asset management at Jones Lang LaSalle where he was looking after a large portfolio consisting of a variety of assets for institutional investors.

Jacob joins Sorkin Brown from North Yorkshire County Council where he was responsible for their non-operational and investment assets. Prior to these roles they both worked together at Carter Towler based in Leeds managing portfolios for private clients.

Sorkin Brown will operate from a base in North Leeds and starts life with assets under management across England.

Assets under management include industrial, office and retail properties. We can provide services to maximise the performance of your portfolio including management, lease renewals, rent reviews and lettings. We are also always on the lookout for new investment opportunities for our clients.
