Sorkin Brown aims to provide the latest technology in property and asset management. The software that we utilise provides landlord, tenant, and contractors’ apps. The Landlord App is a feature that is going to enhance the landlord’s property management experience.

The app will enable Landlords to access their tenancy schedules, arrears lists, view information on any upcoming lease events and also approve works orders with the push of a button.

One of the targets of Sorkin Brown is to make certain that landlords receive information quickly and are not left chasing the surveyor for updates.

A common frustration for all landlords is that they are made to wait for information regarding their properties. The average property manager has a million and one things going on at any one time and because of this, can be slow at getting basic information over to the client.

The landlord app is simple to use, with a dashboard tab presenting occupancy levels and the annual rent for each property. It also displays upcoming lease events and arrears for the properties. The client can then easily delve into each of these sections for more detail.

The app updates in real time, meaning that as soon as a payment has come in and has been allocated, it will show on the app itself.
